We export wild-caught Alaska King Salmon.

Not all troll-caught Salmon is the same!  We immediately bleed and ice our fish to maintain the highest quality.  Our Catch receives the finest care available.

Over 70% of our customers receive their fish the morning after they are caught, thanks to the close access to the fishing grounds and daily south bound jet air service. These fish are indeed the freshest you can get!

Winter Kings are in season from mid October to mid April, stocks of King and Silver Salmon are generally abundant during the summer after the beginning of the commercial season on July 1^st.

We can handle a wide range of order sizes, with the minimum order being 80 lbs., due to freight and handling costs.

Smaller orders may be  negotiated

Please call a few days in advance of your purchase date to have your fish reserved as they are brought aboard.

Most often King Salmon occur in the 7 to 25 pound range, with occasional specimens up to 40 pounds.  The typical catch is 11 to 18 pounds per fish.

Discriminating connoisseurs will be happy to know that White or "Ivory" Kings are from time-to-time available.
